So what if I am a terrible gardener and I will never make a strawberry grow. I have awesome trees. Lots of them. They're starting to bloom, and they are super cool. We also have loads of lilac bushes which are a favorite of mine. So who cares if I live almost 5 hours from an airport or an Anthropologie, my little neck of the world is quite nice in springtime.

Here is Tucson ... which is within 5 MILES! of an Anthro (where the have nothing good on sale this week) is also in bloom. The palo verdes are out it force with their yellow sprays.
Which are of course killing me. I can't stop sneezing! Thank goodness for Walgreens knocking off Claritin!
They look great. What do they bear? We have a few that bloosom, but never bear. We've been told that they need to be pruned.

I don't know if the white one bears fruit. The other one makes tons of tiny little apple-like fruit that I would not dare to eat, but Lucy loves to gobble them down until she is good and regular.
